No person shall, within any county park or facility, possess, use or discharge any
firearm, pellet gun, bow and arrow, crossbow, or slingshot except for a peace officer,
or a person, other than a peace officer, who is employed by, or in the service of,
a governmental agency which authorizes him or her to carry or use any of said weapons
or devices in the performance of his or her official duties and who is on official
duty.
