§ 11.20.160. Bicycle regulations.

No person shall do any of the following within the Nacimiento recreation area:
(1)

Ride, use, or be in possession of a bicycle on any trail not authorized for such use by the Monterey County parks department.

(2)

Ride, use, or be in possession of a bicycle without having identification in his or her possession.

(3)

Ride a bicycle on any authorized dirt trail without wearing a protective helmet that is certified by ANSI, SNELL, or both.

(4)

Ride a bicycle or animal in willful or wanton disregard for the safety of persons or property.
