§ 13.16.030. Amount of deposit determined.

The county engineer shall advise any person, who must conform to the requirements of Section 13.16.020, the amount of the deposit required by the section within thirty days of the issuance of a building permit for construction on property fronting any roads designated pursuant to Section 13.16.020.
