§ 15.01.030. Adoption and maintenance of county traffic regulations code.

The County Traffic Regulations Code ("TRC") is hereby adopted by reference, and need not be published. The director of public works and transportation shall maintain at least three complete copies of the TRC for inspection by the public. Copies shall be on file at the office of county clerk, the county law library, and at the office of public works and transportation. The director of public works and transportation shall be responsible for the filing, updating, and maintenance of said copies of the TRC.
