§ 15.610.010. Delegation of Streets and Highways Code Section 942.5 powers to county road commissioner.

Pursuant to Streets and Highways Code Section 942.5, the powers set forth in Streets and Highways Code Section 942.5 to temporarily restrict the use or temporarily close county highways are delegated to the county road commissioner.
