§ 15.610.030. Failure to observe sign, etc., an infraction.

Any person who wilfully fails to observe any barrier, obstruction, warning, notice,
sign, device, detour, or direction, placed or given under Section 15.610.020, is guilty of an infraction as defined in California Penal Code Section 19(c), and
subject to the penalty set forth in Chapter 1.04 of this code.
