Chapter 15.610. TEMPORARILY RESTRICTING USE OF OR CLOSING OF COUNTY HIGHWAYS—DELEGATION OF POWER TO ROAD COMMISSIONER—INFRACTION

§ 15.610.040. Removal of use restriction or reopening of county highway.

After the need for the temporary restriction of the use of, or the temporary closing of, such highway, pursuant to this chapter, ceases to exist in the judgment of the county road commissioner, he shall remove such restriction, or reopen such county highway, as the case may be.
