§ 15.610.050. Appeal.

  • Any person aggrieved by the action of the county road commissioner in temporarily restricting the use of or temporarily closing a county highway pursuant to this chapter, shall have the right of appeal to the board of supervisors. Such appeal shall be taken by filing with the clerk of the board, within fourteen days after such temporary county use restriction or closing, a written statement setting forth fully the grounds for the appeal. The clerk of the board shall set a time and place for a hearing on such appeal, and the notice of such hearing shall be given to the appellant at least five days prior to such hearing. The decision and order of the board on such appeal shall be final and conclusive.
