§ 15.710.010. Purpose.

The purpose of this chapter is to establish a civil penalty schedule for enforcement of any violation of any regulation governing the unlawful standing, parking, registration or equipment of a vehicle under the California Vehicle Code, any federal statute or regulation, or any ordinance enacted by local authorities.
