§ 15.710.020. Enforcement of parking and specific regulations.

The sheriff or his designee (hereinafter "sheriff") and other law enforcement agencies are authorized to enforce the civil penalties. The auditor-controller or his designee (hereinafter "auditor") is authorized to process the citations set forth in this chapter pursuant to the procedures set forth in Division 17, Article 3 of the California Vehicle Code (Vehicle Code Section 40200 et seq.)
