§ 16.04.010. Burning permits.

In the county outside of incorporated cities and towns, it is unlawful for any person to use fire for clearing land, or to burn bush, slash, grass, stubble or other inflammable material upon land the exterior boundaries of which are within five hundred feet of any forest, brush, or grass covered land, or lands containing any inflammable growth or material, without first obtaining a written permit as provided for in Section 16.04.110.
