§ 16.08.010. Trespassing—Permit required.
It is unlawful in the county for any person to go upon or be upon those portions of any national forest within the county which are, or may be designated by the regional forester of the United States Forest Service as areas of fire hazard and public use thereof restricted by reason of such condition during the period of such restriction of entry, except with or by written permit issued by a property officer or representative of the United States Forest Service. Provided, however, that no permit will be required by any actual settler in traveling to and from his home by regular and customary routes of travel.
