§ 16.30.010. Legislative authority.

Pursuant to the authority granted to it by sections 14930 and 14931 of the Health and Safety Code of the State of California, the board of supervisors does enact this chapter for the abatement of fire hazardous weeds and rubbish in County Service Area No. 10—Cayucos.
