§ 16.30.030. Effect.

(a)

This chapter is not the exclusive regulation of fire protection, including hazardous weeds and rubbish, for Cayucos. It shall supplement and be in addition to the provisions of Title 16 which incorporates the California Fire Code with local amendments, and the regulating statutes and ordinances heretofore or hereafter enacted by the state, the county, or any other legal entity or agency having jurisdiction.
