§ 16.30.070. Owner's duty.

It is the duty of every owner of private property within County Service Area No. 10 to prevent a nuisance described in Section 16.30.050 of this chapter from arising on, or existing upon, his/her property. Notwithstanding the foregoing, an owner is exempt from compliance with this chapter where enforcement would result in the taking of an endangered, rare, or threatened plant or animal species or would result in significant erosion and sedimentation of surface waters.
