§ 20.01.038. Appeals.

Any decision of the planning director regarding the implementation of this title may be appealed in writing to the planning commission, as set forth in Section 22.01.042 of the land use ordinance or Section 23.01.042 of the coastal zone land use ordinance (Appeals), within ten days after the date of the director's action. Fees associated with an appeal shall be as set forth in the adopted county fee ordinance.
