§ 20.04.012. Enforcement responsibilities.

The responsibility for the enforcement of the provisions of this title is as assigned below:
(1)

County Sheriff. It is the duty of the county sheriff and of all officers of the county otherwise charged by law to enforce this title and all of its provisions.

(2)

Planning Director. The planning director, or designee, shall enforce this title as it applies to addressing and road naming for new construction.

(3)

San Luis Obispo County Fire Department/California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection. The county fire chief, or designee, shall enforce this title and all of its provisions.
