§ 21.06.054. Parcel and tract maps—Evidence of proper signatures.

The subdivider shall present to the county recorder evidence that, at the time of
the filing of the parcel or tract map in the office of the county recorder, the parties
consenting to such filing are all of the parties having any vested fee interest in
the real property being subdivided and are the parties required to sign the certificate
described in Section 21.06.020. A subdivision guarantee, guaranteeing in the sum of not less than ten thousand dollars
the name of the parties whose signatures are necessary under Government Code Section
66436, updated to the time of filing of the parcel or tract map by the county recorder,
shall be sufficient to satisfy this evidentiary requirement.
