If any chapter, section, subsection, paragraph, subparagraph, sentence, clause, phrase
or word of the Land Use Ordinance is for any reason held to be invalid, unconstitutional
or unenforceable, such decisions shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions
of the Land Use Ordinance. It is hereby declared that this Land Use Ordinance and
each chapter, section, Subsection, paragraph, subparagraph, sentence, clause, phrase
and word thereof would have been adopted irrespective of the fact that one or more
of such portions of the Land Use Ordinance be declared invalid, unconstitutional or
unenforceable.
