Fees for grading permits and grading, drainage, and erosion and sedimentation control
plan checking shall be as set forth in the fee ordinance adopted by the Board. In
compliance with the adopted fee schedule, the Director may require payment of actual
recorded costs, plus overhead, for those applications which will exceed County fees
for processing, plan checking, administration, and/or inspection.
