§ 23.04.100. Setbacks.

  • The following sections determine the use and minimum size of setbacks for structures. The purpose of these standards is to provide for open areas around structures where needed for: visibility, traffic safety and fire safety; access to and around buildings; access to natural light, ventilation and direct sunlight; separation of incompatible land uses; and space for privacy, landscaping and recreation.
