§ 23.11.020. Definitions Included by Reference.

In addition to the definitions in this chapter, the following are incorporated into this chapter as though they were fully set forth here. If any definition in this title conflicts with a definition included by reference, this title shall prevail.
a.

The definitions contained within the state of California "Policy and Guidelines for the Reclamation of Mined Lands," adopted by the Division of Mines and Geology pursuant to the California Administrative Code; and

b.

The definitions of land use categories and land uses contained within Chapter 7 of Part I of the Land Use Element of the San Luis Obispo County General Plan, as amended;

c.

The definitions contained in the Local Coastal Plan Policy Document, appendices a, b, and c.

d.

The definitions contained within the California "Medicinal and Adult-Use Cannabis Regulations and Safety Act," as it may be amended.
