§ 24.04.060. Apron or ramp.

"Apron" or "ramp" means those areas of the airport within the air operations area, but outside the movement area, designated by the director of airports for aircraft surface maneuvering, parking, fueling, and servicing as well as enplaning/deplaning aircraft passengers.
