§ 24.04.110. Nonexclusive.

"Nonexclusive" means a power, privilege, or other right that does not exclude or debar another from enjoying or exercising a like power, privilege, or right as defined by Federal Aviation Administration advisory circular 150/5190-5 or latest revision.
