§ 24.08.060. Applicability.

The provisions of this title apply within the official boundaries of the San Luis Obispo and Oceano County Airports, and includes the access roads to the San Luis Obispo County Airport known as Airport Drive and Aero Drive (including a section of Aero Drive that is within the city limits of the city of San Luis Obispo and defined by an agreement by and between the city of San Luis Obispo and the county of San Luis Obispo dated October 27, 1998 or latest revision).
