The county fire chief shall conduct inspections for fire safety of all premises with
regard to handling and storage of all materials and equipment, and their condition,
and usage of all fire-protection devices, and of all personnel safety provisions in
the protection of property and personnel. All recommendations subsequently issued
by the county fire chief, unless in conflict with military requirement and necessity,
shall be complied with by tenants, personnel and persons without delay.
