§ 24.16.050. Restricted areas.

(a)

The director of airports shall designate restricted areas within the boundaries of the airports to ensure public safety and security.

(b)

No persons, vehicles, or aircraft shall enter any designated restricted area without specific authorization from the director of airports.

(c)

No person who has received authorization from the airports to access an area within the airports' boundaries, including designated restricted areas, shall permit, either intentionally or unintentionally, unauthorized persons access to these areas and shall notify the airports or law enforcement if unauthorized access occurs.
