§ 24.16.090. Illegal or irresponsible aircraft operation.

In the event any person shows intent to board or operate an aircraft while such person appears to the director of airports to be physically or mentally irresponsible by reason of drunkenness, or while under the influence of narcotics, or for any other reason, or any person attempts to board or operate an aircraft illegally, the director of airports shall restrain, in any manner reasonably necessary, such persons from performing such activities.
