§ 24.16.110. Apron activities.

(a)

Persons on the apron shall be careful to keep clear of any moving aircraft or turning propeller.

(b)

No one shall use, clamber over, sit in, push or otherwise touch other people's property parked or based on the airports, unless such action is approved by appropriate authority. An aircraft owner, pilot, or interested person does not automatically have approval to touch the property of others merely because of such ownership, piloting or high interest.

(c)

Children under fourteen years of age must be accompanied by adults when on apron.
