§ 24.16.140. Sanitation.

(a)

Garbage, litter, refuse, rubbish, swill and/or other waste material shall be placed in receptacles provided for that purpose.

(b)

No person shall use a comfort station, restroom, toilet, or lavatory facility other than in a clean and sanitary manner.
