§ 24.20.020. Aircraft refueling.

No person shall conduct aircraft fueling activity on the airports without securing written authorization from the county. Authorized aircraft fueling activity shall be conducted in compliance with the terms of the written agreement received from the county and airport rules and regulation, as well as, federal, state, and local law.
