The county and its agents, officers and employees shall not be liable for any loss,
damage or injury to persons or property arising out of any accident, incident, mishap
or occurrence of any nature whatsoever or from any cause whatsoever, to any individual,
aircraft or property, occurring in any manner on or at or above the airports, or in
the use of any of the airports' facilities or in landing at or taking off from such
airports.
