§ 24.20.070. Disabled aircraft.

Aircraft owners, and their pilots and agents, shall be responsible for the prompt disposal of disabled aircraft and parts thereof unless required or directed to delay such action pending an investigation of an accident. The director of airports may take any action he/she deems necessary in the interest of safety in moving or removing disabled aircraft, parts and/or equipment.
