§ 24.28.010. Airline and fixed-base operations.

Airline and fixed-base operations shall be regulated under separate written agreements with the board of supervisors of the county; provided, however, that the rules and regulations in this title apply to such airline and fixed-base operations to the extent that the same are not in conflict with the provisions of said written agreements.
