§ 24.510.050. Schedule of civil penalties for unlawful standing or parking.
Latest version.
Any violation, occurring within the jurisdiction of San Luis Obispo County Regional
Airport and Oceano County Airport, of any regulation governing the standing or parking
of a vehicle under the California Vehicle Code, any federal statute or regulation,
or any ordinance or resolution lawfully enacted by local authorities, shall be subject
to the following penalty schedule and shall be collected as a civil penalty:

Fee has been adjusted to include mandated surcharges allowed by the State of California
and previously adopted by resolution of the Board of Supervisors. The Board has delegated
the authority to the Auditor-Controller to periodically adjust the penalty amounts
for pass through mandated charges.
