§ 27.06. Employee Relations.

The San Luis Obispo County Civil Service Ordinance, Chapter 2.40, as adopted shall govern personnel matters in order to establish an equitable and uniform procedure for the administration of General Hospital personnel.

Part 4: SEVERABILITY.

The sections, paragraphs, sentences, clauses and phrases of this ordinance are severable; therefore if any section, paragraph, sentence, clause or phrase of this ordinance shall be declared invalid or unconstitutional by the valid judgment or decree of a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity or unconstitutionality shall not affect any of the remaining sections, paragraphs, sentences, clauses and phrases of this ordinance.
