§ 28.02.040. Formal agreements.

The hospital authority shall have the power to enter into formal agreements, which shall be written. No formal agreement shall be binding on the hospital authority unless it is consistent with all applicable federal and state constitutional and statutory requirements and has been expressly approved or authorized by majority vote of the board of trustees. The hospital authority shall not be bound by oral agreements of its officers or employees or other agreements that have not been approved as formal agreements.
