§ 28.03.010. Initial organizational duties and powers.

Upon creation of the hospital authority, approval of bylaws by the board of supervisors, and appointment of the full board of trustees, the hospital authority shall have the following duties and powers:
(1)

The hospital authority shall comply with the provisions of California Government Code Section 53051 and register with the Secretary of State as a public agency.

(2)

The board of trustees shall meet and elect officers in accordance with the bylaws.

(3)

The hospital authority shall carry out any organizational duties required by the bylaws.

(4)

The hospital authority shall have all powers reasonably necessary to carry out the duties specified in this section.
