§ 2.03.020. Qualifications for the director of employment and training services.

  • The director of employment and training services shall be a person having demonstrated knowledge of the principles, practices, and legal requirements of a comprehensive employment and training program with any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a degree in business administration, public administration, or a closely related field. In addition, four years of increasingly responsible administrative experience is required, of which one year must have been with a Comprehensive Employment and Training Act (CETA) program.
