§ 2.10.020. Qualifications for personnel director.

The personnel director shall be a person having demonstrated knowledge of the principles, practices and legal requirements of public personnel administration and shall have at least one year of management and personnel experience in a public agency or shall otherwise demonstrate to the satisfaction of the county administrator that the applicant for the position of personnel has equivalent skills and abilities necessary for successful management of the personnel department.
