The provisions of Government Code Title 3, Chapter 4, Article 4, concerning continuing education requirements for the county auditor of the County
of San Luis Obispo, as described in Government Code Section 26945.1, and any amendments
made subsequent thereto, and the provisions of Chapter 5, Article 1 concerning the continuing education requirements for the county treasurer-tax collector
of the County of San Luis Obispo, as described in Government Code Section 27000.8
and any amendments made subsequent thereto are adopted and shall become effective
on the effective date of the ordinance codified in this chapter.
