§ 2.18.020. Qualifications of director of public works and transportation.

If the director of public works and transportation is not a registered civil engineer, any civil engineering functions which are required to be performed by the director per statute, ordinance, regulation or contract shall be performed by a registered civil engineer acting under the authority of the director of public works and transportation.
