§ 2.20.030. Auditor-controller, treasurer, tax collector and public administrator.

  • The duties and office of the county auditor-controller, county treasurer, tax collector and public administrator are consolidated. Upon the consolidation, the person filling the consolidated office shall be the current auditor-controller and shall be known as the auditor-controller-treasurer-tax collector-public administrator. The compensation for the consolidated offices shall be such as is now or hereafter established by the board of supervisors for the office of auditor-controller, and such compensation as auditor-controller shall be in full payment for the consolidated duties of auditor-controller, treasurer, tax collector and public administrator. All fees received as public administrator shall be paid by him or her into the county treasury.
