§ 2.20.040. Consolidation of duties of county agricultural commissioner and county sealer of weights and measures.

The duties of the county offices of county agricultural commissioner and county sealer of weights and measures are consolidated effective the nineteenth day of March 1971. The compensation for the consolidated offices shall be such as is now or hereafter established for the office of county agricultural commissioner, and such compensation as county agricultural commissioner shall be in full payment for the consolidated duties of county agricultural commissioner and county sealer of weights and measures.
