§ 2.24.030. Term of office.

(a)

Members of the planning commission appointed from each of the five districts shall serve at the pleasure of the board of supervisors, and, unless removed, for a term concurrent with the term of the respective supervisors representing said districts.

(b)

Members of the planning commission appointed from each of the five districts may be removed by a majority vote of the board of supervisors after the respective supervisor has given the member from his or her district written notice of intention to remove.
