§ 2.24.040. Powers and duties.

The planning commission, the planning agency and all members thereof shall have the power and duties provided for by Chapter 1880, Statutes of 1965 and amendments thereto or other statutes of the State of California delegating authority to the planning agency, the planning commission or any member thereof.
