§ 2.32.020. Purpose—Powers and duties.

The purpose of the delinquency prevention commission shall be to cooperate with and assist in coordinating, on a county-wide basis, the governmental and nongovernmental agencies engaged in activities designed to prevent juvenile delinquency; and the delinquency prevention commission shall have all the powers and duties provided by law to accomplish that purpose.
