§ 2.37.030. Contractors list.

The county purchasing agent or his/her designee (hereinafter "purchasing agent"), acting as the ex officio purchasing agent of the district pursuant to Section 8 of the San Luis Obispo County Flood Control and Water Conservation District Act (Stats 1945 ch 1294), shall develop and maintain a list of contractors in accordance with the provisions of Public Contract Code Section 22034 and criteria promulgated from time to time by the California Uniform Construction Cost Accounting Commission.
