§ 2.44.010. Appointments.

Latest version.

All appointments to positions in the classified service shall be made pursuant to Chapter 2.40 of this code. Other employees shall be appointed, under the provisions of this title, by the department head subject to approval by the personnel director, and shall hold office at the pleasure of such appointing power.
