All the territory included within the following boundaries shall be in the first judicial
district:
Commencing at the northeast corner of Township 25 South, Range 16 East, M.D.M. which
is the northeast corner of San Luis Obispo County; thence south along the easterly
line of said Township 25 South, Range 16 East, and along the easterly line of Township
26 South, Range 16 East, M.D.M. and along the easterly boundary of said county, 12
miles to the northwest corner of Township 27 South, Range 17 East, thence, east along said county boundary 6 miles to the northeast corner of
said last mentioned township and range; thence, south along the easterly boundary
of said county to the southeast corner of said Township 27 South, Range 17 East, M.D.M.; thence west 12 miles along the southerly boundary of Township 27 South, Range 17 East and Township 27 South, Range 16 East to the northeast corner of Township 28 South, Range 15 East, M.D.M., thence, south 4 miles to the southeast corner of Section 24 of said last mentioned township and range; thence, west 12 miles to the northwest
corner of Section 30, Township 28 South, Range 14 East, M.D.M.; thence south ½ mile; thence west 1 mile; thence north ½ mile to the
northeast corner of Section 26, Township 28 South, Range 13 East, M.D.M.; thence west 3 miles to the southwest corner of Section 21, Township 28 South, Range 13 East, M.D.M.; thence, north about 5-½ miles to the south R/W line
of El Pomar Drive, County Road No. 5203, thence, in a westerly direction along said
south R/W line to the southerly prolongation of the westerly R/W line of Vaquero Drive,
County Road No. 5205; thence, northerly along said westerly prolongation and line
to the south R/W line of Phillips Road, County Road No. 5202, thence, west along last
said south R/W line to the east R/W line of Main Street, County Road No. 5186; thence,
northerly along said east R/W line to the easterly R/W line of U.S. Highway 101; thence
northerly along the easterly R/W line of U.S. Highway 101 to the easterly prolongation
of the south R/W line of York Mountain Road, County Road No. 5291, thence west on
said prolongation and line to the southerly line of State Route 46; thence, southwesterly
along said southerly R/W line to the easterly prolongation of the south line of Oakdale
Road, County Road No. 5293 thence, southwesterly along the southerly and easterly
line of Oakdale Road to the north R/W line of Vineyard Road, County Road No. 5156,
thence, northwesterly along the northerly R/W line of Vineyard Road to the northeasterly
prolongation of the southeast line of Lot 186 as shown on the map of the Subdivisions
of a part of the Rancho Paso de Robles, filed in Book A of Maps at page 164; thence
southwesterly along said prolongation and line to the most southerly corner of said
Lot 186; thence northwesterly along the southwest lines of Lots 186 and 187 of last
said map to the most easterly corner of Lot 197 of last said map; thence southwesterly
along the southeast line of Lots 197 and 206 of last said map to the most southerly
corner of said Lot 206; thence northwesterly along the southwesterly line of said
Lot 206 to the intersection with the east and west centerlines of Section 20, Township 27 South, Range 11 East, M.D.M.; thence westerly along the east and west centerlines
of Sections 20 and 19, Township 27 South, Range 11 East, M.D.M. and westerly along the east and west centerlines of
Sections 24, 23, 22, 21 and 20, Township 27 South, Range 10 East, M.D.M. to its intersection with the summit of the Santa Lucia
Range; thence northwesterly along the summit of said range to its intersection with
the northerly boundary line of the County of San Luis Obispo; thence east along the
northerly boundary line of said county to the point of beginning.
